Sir,
On 8th October, 2010 evening around 4 o’ clock the following parents
S. Sunder Singh (F/o. Daryl – U14) G. Ravichandran (F/o. Ashwin – U16) R. Shankar (F/o. Porselvan – U16) V. Kannan (F/o. Sivakumar – U14) P. Maheswar (F/o. Anton – U14) Barath kumar (F/o. Nilesh – U16) R. Subramani (F/o. Kishore kumar- U14) met you and give a request to change the cricket I14 & U16 trials from 11,12 & 13th October 2010 to a convenient date other than 11,12,18,19,20,21,23 & 24th of October 2010, since the TNCA U14 cricket round robin matches are scheduled on these days. Had you not changed the cricket U14, U16 trials from 6,7 & 8th October 2010 the boys would have completed the trials. When we asked the reason for the changes you informed us that other SGFI matches/trials clashed with these dates and hence the cricket trials have been shifted to 11,12 & 13th October, 2010. As cricket, had you changed any other game, cricket trials would have been completed on 6,7 & 8th October, 2010. Since you gave an opportunity to other games, we request you to give an opportunity to our boys also, so that our boys will not miss the II round selection trials.
Since the trail dates fixed suo motto by your good self is nearing fast, we jointly in the interest of sports request you to kindly notified your reply to this, at your earliest and help and the eligible sportsman cricketers took play and compete.
